Noah Wharton has been a volunteer firefighter for Millville Fire Dept. in Millville, Delaware, for multiple years. Recently he just became a Fire Marshal for the city of Ocean City. Noah is a truly selfless individual who is just trying to protect and help those around him. Although he is young, he is an asset to our community.
