Meteorologist Chris Mastrobuono had details on yet another brutally cold morning with subzero wind chills, mostly sunny today, record cold highs could be broken, all eyes on a coastal storm that will be a glancing blow to the peninsula. Highest snowfall will be southern areas of the peninsula late Saturday-Sunday, winds will gust to 50 mph at the coast Sunday.
