Meteorologist Chris Mastrobuono has the latest on the threat of severe storms this afternoon-evening, warm muggy day highs in the low to mid 80s, expecting storms between 3PM-9PM, damaging winds and flash flooding are the highest threats, can't rule out a brief tornado along the Eastern Shore of Maryland & Virginia.
