WILMINGTON, Del. – Avelo Airlines has announced nonstop service between Wilmington Airport and Raleigh-Durham International Airport, as well as Jacksonville International Airport.
According to Avelo Airlines, the service to Raleigh-Durham International Airport kicked off Thursday, May 22. Flights will run on a twice-weekly service on Thursdays and Sundays. Flights to Jacksonville will begin Friday, May 23 with twice-weekly service on Fridays and Mondays.
The company says flights will utilize the Boeing Next-Generation 737 aircraft with one-way fares starting at $44. Travelers can book flights now at AveloAir.com.
The Raleigh-Durham and Jacksonville routes add to Avelo’s growing list of nonstop destinations from Wilmington Airport, which includes popular locations such as Nashville, Orlando, Fort Lauderdale, Atlanta, and Myrtle Beach.
Recently, Avelo Airlines announced travelers will have access to two new paid seating upgrades beginning in September.
