Lewes Public Library gift wrapping

LEWES, Del. -  The Lewes Public Library's Teen Advisory Board and Cape Henlopen High School's National Art Honor Society joined forces for a free gift-wrapping event, saving time for many soon-to-be gift givers.

People brought their gifts to the Lewes Library on Friday, where high schoolers from the National Art Honor Society transformed them into beautifully wrapped packages, complete with complimentary ribbons and bows. The event aimed to make the holiday experience easier for the community while providing the teens with an opportunity to work towards their National Honor Society service hours.

While waiting for their gifts to be wrapped, families and kids enjoyed various activities, including crafts, refreshments and holiday entertainment. This was the first time the event was held, and they hope to continue it in the coming years.
