Crews in Georgetown are working to repair a water leak that occurred Monday morning.

GEORGETOWN, Del. — People who live there near Bridgeville Road and Gordy Street in Georgetown experienced a disruption in water service Monday morning as crews worked to repair a water leak in the area.

Town staff said the leak temporarily shut down water service for nearby homes and businesses while repairs are completed. Service is expected to return once the repair work is finished.
