MILFORD, Del. - La Plaza Delaware and the Delaware Alliance of Latino Entrepreneurs, also known as ¡DALE!, held their first Latina Business Summit on Saturday in Milford to honor and celebrate the contributions of women in the community.

Organizers said the summit was designed to empower entrepreneurial Latina women by strengthening unity, leadership, and business success.

More than 120 Latina women attended the summit, which featured panel discussions on topics such as defining a brand, navigating opportunities and challenges in business, achieving work-life balance, and planning for financial success.

Additional sessions focused on establishing roles and responsibilities in family-run businesses, as well as setting personal and professional goals. Attendees also created personalized vision boards during an interactive workshop.
