SEAFORD, Del.- A Long Neck man is facing charges after state investigators say he was caught selling alcohol without a license in Seaford.

The Delaware Division of Alcohol & Tobacco Enforcement says 47-year-old Lytain Dukes was arrested following an undercover investigation into the I.Y.K.Y.K. Social Hall on Sussex Highway.

Officers say the business was not licensed to sell alcohol, but undercover agents were able to purchase drinks there. DATE, with help from Delaware State Police, executed a search warrant at the building on June 6 and seized illegal alcohol.

Dukes was arrested without incident and charged with selling alcohol without a license, illegal storage of alcohol and misrepresenting the business as an authorized seller.

He was released and ordered to appear in court at a later date.
