Former two-term Montgomery County House of Delegate Member Heather Mizeur has established a lead for the Democrat nomination of U.S. House District One in the Maryland Primary. With 18% of precincts reporting the current Chestertown resident leads David Harden 69.66% (9,768) to 30.34% (4,255).
The winner of this race will face six-time incumbent Andy Harris who is running unopposed on the Republican side.
