OCEAN CITY, Md. - The Ocean City Police Department announced that Lt. Andrew Yeager has graduated from the FBI National Academy’s 294th session, a top law enforcement leadership program held in Quantico, Virginia.
Lt. Yeager was one of 239 officers from across the U.S. and around the world who completed the intensive 10-week training, which focuses on leadership, communication, and physical fitness.
Yeager, who has served with the department for 20 years, currently leads efforts in the Training and Recruiting Section.
“Lt. Yeager’s commitment to personal and professional growth reflects the values we uphold at the Ocean City Police Department,” said Chief of Police Raymond Austin. His experience at the FBI National Academy strengthens not only his leadership but also our department’s ability to train and inspire excellence in law enforcement.”
The FBI National Academy is a selective program for law enforcement leaders, with graduates often moving on to top-level roles. Since 1935, more than 56,000 officers have completed the program.
