MILTON, Del. - Milton's Planning and Zoning Commission is hosting a public hearing on over 40 buildings to be used as office and storage space.
The buildings are proposed for Cedar Creek Road and Mulberry Street Extended and would go on a little over five acres of land. The spot is right next to the location for the controversial Royal Farms, which has been in the works for a few years in Milton.
The commission is meeting at 6:30 p.m. at the Cannery Village clubhouse on March 19.
