SOUTH BETHANY, Del.- South Bethany is the next town along the coast to ban marijuana businesses in its borders.
The ordinance, which passed 5-1, bans businesses of any kind- from dispensaries to cultivation centers.
The vote came after multiple readings and a public hearing.
South Bethany joins a long list of towns around the county that have voted for similar restrictions, including Millsboro and Rehoboth Beach and Bethany Beach.
