LEWES, Del. - The Delaware Department of Transportation has announced that a traffic signal will be installed at the intersection of Route 9 and Minos Conaway Road.Â
The work to do so will begin Monday, August 28, and is expected to continue through mid-October. Work will require lane closures.
They ask drivers to use caution and expect delays while in the area.Â
This intersection was the site of a deadly crash on Christmas Eve, killing three people, including a 9-year-old child.Â
