GEORGETOWN, Del. - A Monday morning crash involving two cars at the intersection of Gravel Hill Road and Prettyman Road led to traffic delays and citations for both drivers.

According to Delaware State Police, the crash occurred around 7:18 a.m. on April 7, when a Chrysler Pacifica heading south on Gravel Hill Road stopped at the intersection, then attempted to turn east onto Prettyman Road. The front left side of the Pacifica struck the front left side of a northbound Toyota Camry.

The driver of the Pacifica, a 33-year-old woman from Georgetown, had a 1-year-old child in the car. Neither were hurt, but she was cited for failure to yield the right of way.

The Camry was driven by a 20-year-old woman, also from Georgetown, who was not hurt but received a citation for driving without a valid license.
