The Art League of Ocean City has expanded its mission to inspire creativity by establishing After-School Art Clubs in four Worcester County schools. The program offers young students an opportunity to explore their artistic talents.

Plans to build a new Buckingham Elementary School are moving forward after new approval from Worcester County. After a recent pause due to funding issues, design work is now approved to begin.
The Worcester County Commissioners will pick up its consideration of building a new Buckingham Elementary School (BES) in Berlin. In October, 2023 the Commissioners voted to put a hold this project over financing issues.
