The Lewes Public Art Committee has narrowed down options for what public art piece will come in the spring to five. 

When the construction is complete Canalfront Park will have a new art sculpture for everyone to enjoy, but it's going to take a little longer than originally planned.

The new work, called "The Gathering," will be installed in the park next week and will remain there until October. Its title suggests that the park and Lewes as a whole are places where people come together.
