The Milford Museum will host a program titled "The 1800 Presidential Election: John Adams vs. Thomas Jefferson" on Oct. 12 at the Milford Public Library. Presented by former educator Lew Miller, the event will explore the contentious election and its key figures, including Delaware’s James A. Bayard, whose vote determined the outcome.
