A bill was signed this week that both increases fines for commercial pollution as well as contributions to remedy this pollution in the impacted communities. 

A new bill in Delaware’s General Assembly would prevent the City of Milford from using eminent domain to take private land for recreational use, following a high-profile local dispute last year.

The bill aims to require the United States International Trade Commission to conduct an investigation into the impact of tariffs on imports from Mexico and Canada.
