The Woodlands at Dover Motor Speedway will once again transform into a major concert venue as country artist Zach Bryan brings his “With Heaven on Tour” to the First State for two nights, Sept. 18-19, 2026.

The weekend of Aug. 16-18 marked the first time Phish Mondegreen Festival took to the Woodlands in Dover. Two festival goers, from out of state, were arrested during the festivities.

Starting at noon on June 6, the latest festival to take over The Woodlands announces single-day passes on sale. Phish’s next festival or  "Mondegreen" takes place August 15-18. 

The 2024 Phish festival is set to take place next August at The Woodlands in Dover.
