MILLSBORO, Del. - The Town of Millsboro is working with DelDOT to create traffic safety measures.
On Wednesday, the Millsboro parking committee was joined by a room filled with neighbors from the Plantation Lakes neighborhood. A lot of them expressed strong opposition to the preliminary plans that would make street parking along single-family homes illegal.
