Milford Police arrested 19-year-old Dana Legrand III after discovering he was wanted by Pennsylvania State Police for drug and gun charges. Legrand was found in possession of crack cocaine packaged for sale and is awaiting extradition to Pennsylvania after being charged with intent to deliver a controlled substance.
