Members of Delaware’s political leadership are responding to the resignation of Rep. Stell Parker Selby, who stepped down Monday citing ongoing health challenges that began after a serious medical emergency in the winter.
After missing every day of the legislative session so far, Rep. Stell Parker Selby has resigned effective immediately.
