The State of Delaware and ChristianaCare have reached an agreement that pauses ongoing litigation that focuses on improving hospital transparency and accountability.

Donovan Salvage Works, a Georgetown salvage yard, has agreed to pay $40,000 in back wages and damages in a settlement with the U.S. Department of Labor. The company was found to have wrongfully terminated an employee for reporting safety concerns following an investigation by the Occupational Safety and Health Administration.
