An Oklahoma man has been sentenced after a Worcester County State Attorney's Office investigation into inappropriate conversations with a teenager in Ocean City. Police say that the two met in a group chat specifically for people interested in diaper-wearing and baby role-play.

Jane Doe 2 accuses Allen of recording her without her knowledge during sex and refusing to stop in a Las Vegas hotel room in July 2022. Their encounter followed months of texting and video chatting in which Allen said he was separated from his wife.
