Sussex Technical High School hosted an internal Career Technical Education (CTE) competition on Jan. 18, providing students with an opportunity to showcase their expertise and prepare for the state-level SkillsUSA contests in March.

Delaware high school students participated in the 2024 SkillsUSA National Leadership and Skills Conference held in Atlanta. From participating in events involving broadcasting and leadership, several students from Sussex County were awarded top honors and skill points achievements.

Five Sussex Tech students have received Skill Point awards at the national SkillsUSA leadership conference in Atlanta.
