The Planning Commission has now stepped back from the legal dispute, clearing the way for city commissioners to take over the next phase of the application review for the Belhaven Hotel.

Milton Town Council is set to hold a public hearing on a proposed change to a zoning ordinance that would prohibit marijuana businesses in town limits.
