Beebe Healthcare

Starting at 6 a.m. July 12, the patient drop-off and pickup circle at the east entrance will close.

LEWES, Del. - Beebe Healthcare’s Margaret H. Rollins Lewes Campus will see traffic adjustments Saturday as crews use a crane for building maintenance work.

Starting at 6 a.m. July 12, the patient drop-off and pickup circle at the east entrance will close. Beebe Healthcare said the emergency department entrances will remain open, and care team members will contact patients about any changes to discharge locations.

Drivers exiting the campus will not be able to use the lane leading to Savannah Road and will instead be directed to leave using West Fourth Street or Market Street. The entrance from Savannah Road will stay open to patients, visitors and emergency vehicles, but Beebe Public Safety recommends using the entrance on Fourth Street to avoid delays.

Beebe Public Safety and Delaware State Fire Police will be onsite to help direct traffic. All traffic lanes are expected to reopen by 3 p.m. Saturday, depending on weather and any unforeseen delays.
