BERLIN, Md. - The Town of Berlin is taking the next big step to shape its future growth.
Officials say they are now accepting proposals for a full update to the town’s comprehensive plan. The update will cover land use, infrastructure needs, and stormwater management.
The request for proposals, or RFP No. 2025-06, opened on July 1. Final proposals are due by 3 p.m. on Friday, Sept. 5.
Questions from interested bidders will be accepted until Aug. 1. The town plans to post responses by Aug. 8.
