LEWES, Del. - Traffic patterns at Beebe Healthcare’s Margaret H. Rollins Lewes Campus will shift this weekend due to crane work near the hospital's east entrance.

Beginning at 8 p.m. on Friday, April 18, the patient drop-off and pickup circle at the east entrance of the hospital will be closed. The hospital says the emergency department entrance will remain open during this time. Care team members will communicate with patients regarding any alternate discharge locations.

Additionally, the exit lane leading to Savannah Road will be closed, requiring drivers to leave the campus at West Fourth Street or Market Street. Entry from Savannah Road will stay open for patients, visitors and emergency cars.

All affected lanes are expected to reopen by 4 p.m. on Saturday, April 19, barring any weather complications or unexpected delays.
