Incumbent Democrat Pete Schwartzkopf won the District 14 House Race in Delaware. He defeated Republican Carl Phelps with 65 percent of the votes.
Schwartzkopf will now serve his 10th term. He is from Rehoboth Beach. Schwarzkopf has been the Speaker of the House since 2013. He is a former state trooper.
This district represents Rehoboth Beach and Dewey Beach.
