Delaware invests $3.4 million to expand and preserve affordable housing statewide

The Delaware State Housing Authority (DSHA) announced $3.4 million in preliminary project awards through its 2025 Low-Income Housing Tax Credit (LIHTC) cycle. The funding will support the creation of 105 new affordable units and preserve 116 existing ones across four development projects statewide.
