LINCOLN, Del.- Veterans and their families are invited to attend a Family Fun Night as the Wilmington VA Medical Center partners with the organization Courageous Hearts to celebrate 80 years of VA health care while connecting attendees with available services.
The free event is scheduled for Friday, Aug. 7, from 4 to 7 p.m. at Courageous Hearts, located at 8848 September Way in Lincoln.
According to organizers, the evening will feature VA enrollment assistance and outreach services, along with family-friendly activities, including pony petting, arts and crafts and a bounce house.
The event is expected to bring veterans and their families together while highlighting available resources for those service members.
