The Town of Georgetown is offering a total of $60,952 through the Fiscal Year 2025 program. Applications are due by 4:30 p.m. on Friday, May 30.

GEORGETOWN, Del.- Nonprofits in Georgetown have a new chance to apply for grant funding through the town’s Recreation, Education, Arts Trust, also known as the GREAT Fund.

The Town of Georgetown is offering a total of $60,952 through the Fiscal Year 2025 program. Applications are due by 4:30 p.m. on Friday, May 30.

The GREAT Fund was created through a surcharge on building permits to support local nonprofit organizations offering programs that benefit the community. Eligible funding can go toward specific activities, materials, or programs related to recreation, education, or the arts.

Capital improvements, salaries and fundraising efforts are not eligible for funding.
