The Town of Georgetown has officially completed a vibrant new public art installation featuring 13 painted stars around the circle’s crosswalks, symbolizing the original thirteen Colonies. Officials say the project is designed to honor the National America 250 celebrations, bringing history and art together in the heart of downtown.
