DELAWARE - Gov. Matt Meyer ordered all flags at state buildings and facilities to be flown at half-staff in honor of Overdose Awareness Month and International Overdose Awareness Day.
The lowering of the flags is the gesture to remember the lives lost to overdose.
The Delaware flag at state buildings and facilities is to be flown at half-staff beginning Aug. 31, and ending Sept. 1, at 12 p.m.
