A lawsuit challenging the hiring of Rehoboth Beach’s Taylour Tedder as city manager will move forward. On Wednesday, Vice Chancellor Bonnie W. David in Delaware's Chancery Court ruled that the plaintiffs have stated a viable claim under the city’s charter.
