It's a cold and blustery day on Delmarva, but sunny skies are on the horizon. This weekend brings a chance for some snow. Rehoboth Beach leaders are set to discuss demolition plans related to the One Rehoboth Hotel project. Officials say the project has been approved since January, but the location where the iconic Dolle's sign used to hang has sat untouched since then.
