It is a damp and dreary Monday on Delmarva. Conditions are expected to continue with scattered showers today and more rain later in the week. The annual White Marlin Open fishing tournament returns to Ocean City starting today. New this year, participants can fish three out of six days, as opposed to the previous five-day tournament.
