MILLSBORO, Del.- Millsboro Town Council voted to prohibit the sale and manufacturing of marijuana within town limits at a public hearing on Monday, Nov. 6.
Multiple beach towns like Ocean City, Dewey Beach, and Rehoboth Beach have already decided to ban marijuana sales.
Towns do have the authority to ban the sale, manufacturing and cultivation of marijuana in their jurisdictions, as stated in the bill that passed recreational pot into law.
