LEWES, Del. - Delaware State Police are investigating a shooting in Lewes that hit an occupied home. No one was injured.
Troopers were called on July 7 to the 29000 block of Frenchman Bay Drive for a shooting that had been reported several days after it happened. Investigators learned that around 10:30 p.m. on July 3, an unknown person fired an undetermined number of shots at the house.
Two adults were inside at the time, but no injuries were reported, according to DSP. The incident remains under investigation by the Troop 4 Criminal Investigations Unit.
