Antares NG-11 Launch Photos (2019)

On April 17, 2019, at 4:46 p.m. EST, Northrop Grumman's Antares rocket carried a Cygnus spacecraft into orbit, loaded with 7,600 pounds of research, crew supplies, and hardware to the International Space Station.

WALLOPS ISLAND, Va. - A rocket launch is set to take place at the Wallops Island Flight Facility in Virginia Tuesday evening, according to NASA. 

The Antares rocket is expected to launch at 8:31 p.m.

The mission is Northrop Grumman CRS-19. 

NASA lists these places to get a good view of the launch:

  • Chincoteague Island
  • Assateague Island National Seashore
  • Ocean City
  • Delaware Seashore
  • Virginia Beach
