MILTON, Del. - CoastTV has made technical upgrades, enhancing the quality and reliability of its over-the-air broadcast signal.

People who watch CoastTV using an antenna may need to take a simple step to continue receiving the channel: rescanning their TV. The upgrade can cause some televisions to temporarily lose the channel if they are not updated through a rescan.

Rescanning is typically only a minutes-long process. Viewers can usually find the option by navigating to their TV’s menu and selecting “Channel Scan” or “Auto-Tune.” More information on how to rescan your TV can be found on the Federal Communications Commission's website.
