Despite the dreary conditions, people were on Rehoboth Avenue and the boardwalk this afternoon. Light rain was coming down but the wind was the bigger story causing waves to go sky high and water crashing into the dunes.

River Road in Oak Orchard was flooded in two spots. DelDOT was forced to close the road around 11 a.m. Many people had to turn around at the corner of Chiefs Road and River Road.
