Delaware State Police have arrested a Georgetown man accused of breaking into a home earlier this month and stealing from an elderly victim.
According to police, a person living in Worcester County filed a complaint with the Maryland State Police, alleging their credit card information had been stolen and used fraudulently. The stolen information was used to purchase about $1,600 worth of items at a Target store.
The Felton Police Department has discovered a credit card skimming device at the Dollar General located at 369 Ludlow Lane in Felton.
Delaware State Police have arrested 29-year-old Michael Lacey from Valley Stream, New York, following his involvement in a series of fraudulent credit card transactions totaling over $10,400. Lacey was apprehended in New Jersey and brought to Delaware on May 13, to face multiple felony charges.
