...GALE WARNING REMAINS IN EFFECT FROM 8 AM THIS MORNING TO 5 PM
EDT THIS AFTERNOON...

* WHAT...For the Dense Fog Advisory, dense fog will reduce
visibility to as low as 1/2 NM. For the Gale Warning, northwest
winds 20 to 30 kt with gusts up to 35 kt and seas 3 to 6 ft
expected.

* WHERE...In Delaware Bay Waters, Delaware Bay waters south of
East Point NJ to Slaughter Beach DE. In Atlantic coastal waters,
Coastal waters from Great Egg Inlet NJ to Fenwick Island DE out
20 NM and Waters from Cape May NJ to Fenwick Island DE from 20
to 60 NM.

* WHEN...For the Dense Fog Advisory, until 9 AM EDT this
morning. For the Gale Warning, from 8 AM this morning to 5 PM
EDT this afternoon.

* IMPACTS...Strong winds will cause hazardous seas which could
capsize or damage vessels and reduce visibility. Low
visibility will make navigation difficult.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...The strongest winds are expected in the
vicinity of the mouth of the Delaware Bay.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Mariners should alter plans to avoid these hazardous conditions.
Remain in port, seek safe harbor, alter course, and/or secure the
vessel for hazardous conditions.

If you must navigate, proceed with caution. Use proper fog
signals. Make sure all running lights are on. Remember to use
your radar and compass.

Caroline, Kent MD, Queen Annes, and Talbot Counties.

* WHEN...From late Monday night through Tuesday morning.

* IMPACTS...Frost and freeze conditions could kill crops, other
sensitive vegetation and possibly damage unprotected outdoor
