A Dagsboro man is facing a felony charge after Delaware State Police say he accepted $30,000 for construction work that was never completed.
Delaware State Police say a Houston man is now facing multiple felony charges related to home improvement fraud after allegedly defrauding clients out of over $47,000 for uncompleted projects. Police say the suspect has been released on bond, and the agency is encouraging any additional victims to come forward.
Dozens of people across Sussex County have claimed to have had projects with a company called Heron Creek Landscaping that were started and not completed.
Though they are still wanted, police say they were able to identify two shoplifting suspects thanks to multiple tips from the public.
