Governor Moore says another unique element of the program includes infrastructure investments to support small farms and bring more fresh, healthy food into rural markets and grocery stores. 

A bill that would establish a new grant program aimed at improving access to abortion care services in Maryland has passed both chambers of the General Assembly and is now headed to Governor Moore’s desk.
