According to Chandler Funeral Home, a visitation will be held from 5 to 8 p.m. Thursday, Aug. 21, at Chandler Funeral Home located at 2506 Concord Pike in Wilmington for Former Delaware Governor and U.S. Congressman Mike Castle.
