Members of Indivisible Southern Delaware say increasing incidents involving harassment, alleged assaults and objects thrown at protesters have prompted the group to seek greater communication and support from Delaware State Police during its weekly demonstrations in Rehoboth Beach.
More than a dozen protesters gathered off Route 113 in Dagsboro on Sunday, holding signs and chanting against U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE).
A “Speak Out Against Hate” town hall was held Friday evening at the Lewes Public Library, featuring U.S. Rep. Sarah McBride as a guest speaker.
