DOVER, Del.- Delaware high school students have a chance to help shape education policy across the state.

Buckson said relying heavily on a college admissions exam does not accurately reflect how well schools are preparing students for life after graduation.

Gov. Matt Meyer has appointed Tyler Gunter, a senior at MOT Charter High School, to serve as the student member of the Delaware State Board of Education.
